These Terms and Conditions govern the use of all services provided by THIRD KAGURA Pty Ltd. By accessing this website, submitting a booking request, renting equipment, or registering as talent, you agree to comply with the following terms.

1. Scope of Services

THIRD KAGURA provides DJ booking, equipment rental, event production, staff dispatch, and talent registration services.

2. Payment Terms

Payments must be completed through bank transfer or PayID unless otherwise agreed.

Full payment is required before the service date.

Invoices must be settled by the due date stated.

3. Cancellation Policy

More than 7 days before the event: 50 percent charge

Within 48 hours before the event: 70 percent charge

Within 24 hours or same day cancellation: 100 percent charge

No refunds apply after service has been completed.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must ensure safe conditions for the event, accurate information, and compliance with local regulations.

THIRD KAGURA may decline service if safety or legality cannot be ensured.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for indirect damages, loss of profit, or personal injury caused by misuse of equipment or actions of third parties.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Australian Consumer Law and all applicable regulations.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all booking and rental services provided by THIRD KAGURA Pty Ltd.

1. Refund Conditions

• Cancellations more than 7 days before the event: 50 percent refund

• Cancellations within 48 hours: 30 percent refund

• Same day cancellations or no show: no refund

2. Non-Refundable Items

• Completed services

• Custom arrangements already processed

• External service fees (if applicable)

3. Method of Refund

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Equipment Rental Terms

Talent Registration Terms

1. Eligibility

Applicants must provide accurate information and confirm that uploaded materials are their own work.

2. Use of Submitted Materials

By registering, creators grant THIRD KAGURA permission to use submitted photos, profiles, and media for promotion and matching with clients.

3. Removal from Platform

We may remove talent profiles that violate regulations, provide false information, or compromise safety.

4. No Guarantee of Work

Registration does not guarantee bookings or work opportunities.

Our systems use SSL encryption, secure data storage, and monitoring to prevent unauthorized access.
